TERMS & CONDITIONS
- The venue of the exhibition is Panampally Nagar Rotary Club Cochin auditorium.
- The exhibition will be held for 2 days.
- The time allowed for the exhibition is 10:00 am to 9:00 pm.
- The auditorium will be non AC.
- Each stall gets a cubic space of 8 feet long and 8 feet wide.
- We provide the 2 tabs and 1 chair for one stall.
- Per stall booking charge for the exhibition is Rs: 5000/-
- The agreement should be signed by paying the full amount one month before the announcement of the exhibition.
- Those who need things like mirror, stand, hanger should tell in advance. They will be charged at the rate of.
Mirror – Rs: 850/-
Stand – Rs: 500/-
Hanger – Rs: 5/-
